You may have noticed a few recent changes at Carl’s Pharmacy. Starting in January 2011 we joined the IDA banner program which means you will see the IDA and Rexall names associated with Carl’s. We joined the group, with whom we have been dealing with for years, to take advantage of greater marketing resources and give us access to the trusted Rexall brand of products. This exciting change means you, our customer, will have more choices of greater value products and services.

Joining the IDA (Independent Druggist Alliance) program means that we are associated with the Rexall family of pharmacies. We still remain independently owned and operated by Koko and Robert Saar.

Carl Horowitz opened Carl's Pharmacy back in 1952, when Port Credit was a small, sleepy community filled with orchards and trailer homes for weekend vacationers from Toronto. We intend to carry on Carl’s pioneering spirit into the future.
